thanks for sharing that deeply personal thought process. Teachers play such an important role in our society. I wish we treated them better in general and really rewarded the better ones. You obviously care about the kids but if the fulfillment to exhaustion/frustration ratio gets too far out of whack I don't think anyone should blame you for considering all options
